    In late November 2025, four friends and I from India did the Marangu Route with Aardvark Expeditions, and it was a great experience every step of the way. In the weeks leading up to our climb, we exchanged many emails with the Aardvark Expeditions sales staff. Their quick responses and thorough explanations were what persuaded us to book with them. While climbing, our guide (Gabriel and Fred) were extremely professional. They adapted their pace to ours, provided encouraging words and advice to help us acclimatise, and made sure we were safe at all times. The food that Erik and Abuu prepared was another highlight.     This tour starts from Lake Manyara, where on the very first day we get to see the tree climbing lion. The lion is sitting on the branch of the tree - I have read about this scene, but it is a very different feeling to see it from the front. The moment of entering the Ngorongoro Crater was breathtaking. As soon as I entered the crater, zebras, buffaloes, elephants around and a black rhino in the distance - everything seemed to be together in nature's own kingdom. The most awaited part was the Serengeti and Mara River Crossing. I waited by the river for hours. Suddenly thousands of wildebeest and zebra started running towards the river. Watching them fight through water, mud and streams was surreal and emotional. The guide of Seven Wonders Safaris has kept us in the right position the whole time and explained every moment.     We took part in a 6-day Best of Tanzania Safari with some friends, where the trip was planned as Arusha → Tarangire → Lake Manyara → Serengeti → Ngorongoro. The best part of this group safari was getting to know some new travelers. Every night we used to sit in the lodge and talk, and during the day we used to enjoy seeing the wild animals of the jungle together. The Seven Wonders Safaris team arranged everything beautifully for us. The guide's animal spotting skills were excellent, and he shared great information for each location. The sight of lions hunting in the Serengeti and the natural beauty of Ngorongoro are etched in our minds.
