    As soon as I entered Lake Manyara, I saw many birds - some on the lake's edge, some flying in the sky. Then as we went down into the Ngorongoro Crater, the whole place opened in front of our eyes, it seemed like a small world. Elephants, giraffes, zebras - everyone is walking in their own way. At lunchtime, a group of monkeys came and stood next to the car, and I had to laugh at their mischief. The whole trip was very natural and enjoyable. ...more

    Our budget camping safari was truly a thrill. On the very first day in Tarangire, we saw the huge elephant herd very closely, which was like a movie scene for us. Going to Lake Manyara is an amazing experience to see a lion sitting on a tree. In Serengeti, the sky was filled with dust from numerous zebras and wildebeest, and it was truly unimaginable to see so many animals in one day inside the Ngorongoro Crater. Our guide was a very knowledgeable and funny man, who explained the behavior of each animal very well.     This 12-day private safari was a dream come true for our family. From spotting a lion in the Maasai Mara National Reserve to spotting a flock of pink flamingos in Lake Nakuru - every day was incredible. Elephant watching in the backdrop of snow capped mountains of Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park is an absolutely priceless experience. And seeing the numerous wildebeest migrations in Serengeti National Park, it seemed like we were watching the world's largest nature drama live.     We had a lovely 15-days African safari trip through Ol Pejeta (1 Night), Samburu (2 Nights), Lake Nakuru (1 Night), Masai Mara (2 Nights), Serengeti (3 Nights), Ngorongoro (1 Night), Tarangire (1 Night), Lake Manyara (1 Night) and Amboseli National Park (2 Nights). Esther- our tour organizer was very good with communication in response to our queries very promptly. Our safari drivers, Patrick in Kenya and Salu in Tanzania were exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. Their warm personality and expertise made the journey not only educational but also deeply enjoyable. We opted for the luxury option and the accommodations were very good.     I have traveled a lot in my life, but what I saw at the Mara River Crossing in the Serengeti was truly a unique experience. When thousands of new wildebeest were crossing the river together, there were crocodiles nearby - the cruelty and beauty of nature were seen together. It would not have been possible to see this scene from such a close distance without the experience and accurate timing of our guide.     We went at the right time-the Mara River crossing was underway. The moment when the herd of wildebeests crossed the river, avoiding crocodiles, was like a scene from a documentary! Our guide Elias knew exactly where to go at what time. We were also amazed to see lions sitting in trees in Manyara. Every moment of our seven-day trip was a vivid chapter. ...more
