  Our 5-day safari trip was beautifully organized from start to finish. Seeing the elephant herd in Amboseli, the movement of zebras and wildebeest - I could see everything very clearly. After going to Tsavo East, it was nice to see the large open area of the park and the red-dust elephants. And a visit to the inner Mzima Springs in Tsavo West was a unique experience - it was great to see hippos in the clear water.   Don't miss a chance to visit the iconic parks of Kenya and Tanzania in one trip. We saw the migration at Masai Mara, the rhinos and flamingos at Lake Nakuru, and the sight of Kilimanjaro standing behind the elephants at Amboseli - in a word - is amazing. The game drive to Serengeti was the highlight of the entire trip. The lodges were luxurious, and the guide was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the 12 days. From the moment we landed, everything was perfectly organized—from airport pickup, friendly guides, to seamless transfers. We explored Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, and saw the Big Five up close. Our guide, David, was knowledgeable and made every game drive exciting. Each place had its magic—sunsets in the Mara, boat rides among hippos, and elephants strolling with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. The lodges were clean, scenic, and perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The customer care from Elisha and the team was top-notch.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
