I join Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safari for 6 days trip in Kenya. Company very good, take care me from airport until finish. Driver guide very kind, he explain animal and nature, I can see lion, elephant, giraffe very close. In Maasai Mara, I see lioness hunting, it is very amazing, like movie. Camp is clean and food also good taste. In Naivasha, boat ride very relax, hippo in water look funny. Hell’s Gate walking safari very nice, can see rock, canyon, also bicycle ride safe. Last day Mount Kenya view is beautiful, mountain look very big and snow white. Company always on time, car very comfortable, no problem on road. I feel safe every day. Price also fair compare service, include park fee, meals, transport, everything easy, no worry. I recommend this company to all friend want come Africa. For me this safari is dream come true. Thank you Trip Genius, I will come again. ...more

I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile. Big thanks to this great company! ...more

I was looking online for travel agents based in Nairobi and came across many names and numbers, but most of them were not active. After searching again, I found SOM Travel Solutions at the top of the list — and I’m glad I did! They were wonderful to deal with — soft-spoken, professional, and trustworthy. They issued my ticket smoothly, and when I reached their office, I was pleasantly surprised to learn they also offer cargo services. They handled my bags and sent them safely without any issues. Thanks, SOM Travel Solutions! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable travel and cargo services. ...more

Just back from an unforgettable 3-day safari (April 4–6, 2025) in the Maasai Mara with Trip Genius Advisory Safaris! We’re six friends from Spain – Carlos, Lucia, Javier, Sofia, Andres, and Marta – and this trip was simply magical. From booking to the final drive, everything was flawless. Huge thanks to CEO Elisha Oketch for his impeccable coordination and care. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made every moment count. We saw the Big Five, explored breathtaking landscapes, and visited a local Maasai village. Clean lodges, smooth rides, great food – everything was top-notch. This was a life-changing African adventure, and we can't wait for the next one with Trip Genius. Gracias y asante sana! ...more
