  Our experience with this company was truly amazing from start to finish.   I was very lucky to get the last chance to join this safari. I came late, but everything went perfectly! From the first day, the team helped me with all the plans and made me feel welcome. The guide was friendly and very smart about animals. We saw so many — lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and hippos. The game drives were exciting, and the car was comfortable. The hotels and camps were clean and had great food. I liked the sunsets and the peaceful nights. The group was fun, and we became like a small family. Every day was full of adventure and laughter. I learned a lot about nature and African wildlife. Even though I joined at the last minute, everything was well organized, and I didn’t miss anything. I am so happy I didn’t give up on this chance.   My trip with this company was one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment I landed in Nairobi, everything was well organized. The driver-guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about wildlife. I saw lions, elephants, and even the great migration. The lodges were comfortable, food was tasty, and I always felt safe. What touched me most was how personal they made the safari feel not rushed, not crowded, just perfect. I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends and family.   We booked a 5 days Kenya safaris from our Diani beach resort. We visited Tsavo West, Amboseli and Tsavo East. We saw all the big 5 plus many other wildlife. Our highlight of the trip was seeing large herds of elephants at Amboseli, rhinos at Ngulia Sanctuary (Tsavo West) and red elephants at Tsavo East.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   Bottom line up front: the best trip EVER. That is a bold statement because I have been to over 50 countries (including 8 African countries). The accommodations, the people, the country, our guide and the animals defied all expectations. To start with Kosen (the owner of the tour company) arranged the trip to be exactly what we asked for. No detail was spared. It was our 30th anniversary and there was a special touch at every stop. More importantly, they sponsor schools in the bush to make sure the kids get a chance for education. They have recued young girls and built dormitories so they can get an education and autonomy. Furthermore, they sponsor soccer teams in the slums of Nairobi for impoverished urban kids and create academic support and tutoring programs to help lift them out of poverty.
